Unhappy customer

I had a Queen mattress delivered to my apartment in Plattekloof on Wednesday 5th July from you're Montague branch. I was busy unwrapping it today and the condition of this mattress is horrific. Mattress reeks like chemicals with allot of stitching mistakes. Who even looked at this mattress and said go ahead and deliver is. This truly leaves me speechless how can you even give a customer guarantee with this type of workmanship, then with that said my domestic had to resweep and mop my apartment again as your *********** delivery team could net clean their feet before entering my home.

Please get back to me ASAP i don't want this mattress and I don't want to do business with your company.
