Cancel subscription option hard to find and no search option
Though I did not actually try to listen to any of the audio books, I immediately cancelled my subscription pain finding that there was no option to search for titles in the website or APP. To cancel my subscription I had to find the link in their terms of use statement which does seem deliberate, though I may be wrong and it’s just bad design. I tried finding the title I was looking for by going through the genres and could not find it, and seeing as it is a fairly popular title at the moment, it seems strange that it would not show up in the top 100 for that genre. Though I may be wrong. Only two reasons for the “bad” review is 1. Cancel subscription is hard to find. 2. No search option.

Unhappy customer
I had a Queen mattress delivered to my apartment in Plattekloof on Wednesday 5th July from you're Montague branch. I was busy unwrapping it today and the condition of this mattress is horrific. Mattress reeks like chemicals with allot of stitching mistakes. Who even looked at this mattress and said go ahead and deliver is. This truly leaves me speechless how can you even give a customer guarantee with this type of workmanship, then with that said my domestic had to resweep and mop my apartment again as your *********** delivery team could net clean their feet before entering my home. Please get back to me ASAP i don't want this mattress and I don't want to do business with your company.
