Cancel subscription option hard to find and no search option
Though I did not actually try to listen to any of the audio books, I immediately cancelled my subscription pain finding that there was no option to search for titles in the website or APP. To cancel my subscription I had to find the link in their terms of use statement which does seem deliberate, though I may be wrong and it’s just bad design. I tried finding the title I was looking for by going through the genres and could not find it, and seeing as it is a fairly popular title at the moment, it seems strange that it would not show up in the top 100 for that genre. Though I may be wrong. Only two reasons for the “bad” review is 1. Cancel subscription is hard to find. 2. No search option.

ALL YOU CAN BOOKS SUBSCRIPTION CANCEL
I have been trying for three weeks to cancel my subscription! I have sent numerous e-mails and NOTHING! I have been sent links that do not work and that is it. I am absolutely FURIOUS. It is CRAZY expensive. So if the money gets deducted from my account, I will be livid! All You Can Books is an absolute ****.

Absolutely disgusting service. Signed up, then wanted to cancel during the "Free" period. The link took about half an hour to find and then was "broken" (by design??). I emailed and asked them to cancel my subscription. They didn't. Then they charged me $20. Then I emailed again and FINALLY they cancelled, but they WON'T GIVE A REFUND.

Disgusting!! ****!! Sign up and you can't cancel????! I wrote an email asking them to cancel after no obvious path to cancel through their ******* website. No response. Then I have my account debited!!!! What on earth?? Cancel my account and give me a refund!

Never EVER heard of this company. After some research I find out this is an Audio book app or subscription. checked my bank that I have not used for almost 11 months to see TWO deductions of R137. I've had to go to the bank and change card and change account numbers at MY cost. what nonsense is this? WHERE AND HOW did you get my card details?!?! ****. ****. ****. ****.
