ALL YOU CAN BOOKS SUBSCRIPTION CANCEL
I have been trying for three weeks to cancel my subscription! I have sent numerous e-mails and NOTHING! I have been sent links that do not work and that is it. I am absolutely FURIOUS. It is CRAZY expensive. So if the money gets deducted from my account, I will be livid! All You Can Books is an absolute ****.

Application is unfair
I app**** online for an account. They declined my application without reason. I qualify for it. The only thing is I don’t make a monthly basic salary, because I am a waitress. I do however get paid weekly and make more than the requirement.

Useless customer service
Money was deducted from my account by an insurance scam. I don't even have insurance. I went in to the Tygervalley branch to get them to block the account who is taking my money. They said they can't do anything. They can not dispute or stop the transaction from happening again. When I asked if they can reverse the payment, they told me no, because I might just not want to pay my bills. It is absolutely unbelievable that I now have to cancel my card and account because the people keep taking my money and they can't do anything to help.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM
My name is Renique Jansen van Vuuren. I never signed up with The Unlimited, because I don't need it. Somehow they got my banking account details. The deducted money from my account on February 27 2023 and then again on March 24 2023. I can't get ahold of them on the phone. The same thing happened with my boyfriend. He called them multiple times and each time they tell him they will call him back to sort it out. We are still waiting. It has been a month later. I AM NOT SIGNED UP AND THEY ARE TAKING MY MONEY. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
