Catastrophic service. No conclusive feedback on; 1. Replacement Cr. Card not received. 2. Promised to pay Cr. amt owing on card. 3. *****ulent Activity on acc. not refunded 4. Wasted countless hours on call to resolve but no no avail. Cant seem to speak to a person that will take responsibility. 5. Will issue invoices for my time wasted on calls.
THEY DEDUCTED 5 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY ACCOUNT IN SOUTH AFRICA, WITHOUT APPROVAL.I.E. 5 X $19.99 =$ 99.95 = +/- R 1800. 00 A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Please add a 'None' option for notification when doing payments TO A BENEFICIARY. ABSA give this choice at the moment. Thank you!
