BOLT CAR QUALITY DECLINING AND NO AIR CON!
I want to complain about the quality of the Bolt cars and the fact that NONE of them have air conditioning - surely the drivers have to pass some kind of safety levels or acceptable car condition levels when they apply to be a driver - I have had rides in numerous cars that rattle and make funny noises all the way home. And now that it is scorchingly hot - has even ONE car got air conditioning - NO! In this day and age -- surely air conditioning should be compulsory???? And clearly someone is not vetting the quality of these cars anymore - they are deteriorating by the day! I am going to move to Uber or to In driver - bye bye BOLT.

Despite NUMEROUS emails, they are not cancelling ,my subscription they just take your money - they are a bunch of dishonest people!

I have asked for my membershIp to be cancelled by they keep debiting me - even though it was cancelled BEFORE THE DEADLINE! DO NOT SUGN UP WITH THEM - YOU CAN'T GET RID OF THEM!

MISTAKES WITH PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS! THREE TIMES IN A ROW!
I was so pleased whenb Clicks Douglasdale opened their pharmacy section sction, however, I have ordeed my medication from there about 4 times, and 3 of those times, they have got it wrong - despite an email explaining everything step by step - THREE TIMES IN A ROW, they have got the MILLIGRAMS WRONG, OR FORGOTTEN 1 OR 1 MEDICATIONS - I am at my wits end - do I have to check eveything they do - I ask them to please double check the milligrams, and double check the boxes of meds - do they do that - NO! And no on bothers to apologise - I am fed up with them, and will go elsewhere from now on. In addtion, I have to make an extra trips there to collect the corrections as they don't deliver yet - but they CONSTANTLY MAKE MISTAKES - IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have the 2 staff members names - they really are not very responsible or apologetic.
