EPR is worse than a gym membership

I'm only giving a 1 because I cant give a 0. When I moved house 2 years ago EPR failed to install their alarm system, despite numerous attempts from me to correct it myself and failed attempts from them, I continued to pay for their service for more than a year despite them failing to deliver any service at all. When I finally cancelled my contract they put their aggressive attorneys on me for breaching the contract (which they breached first), they want an additional R7600 plus attorney fees from me on top of what I already paid for no service or I face legal action. Do yourself a favour and find another company to work with.
