Reckless drives
I have been living in Wheatlands Randfontein for almost 2 just and EPR'S drivers or security guards drive like the road belongs to them and road rules don't apply to them now this morning in road 3 by my house where I have been struggling with my 7 month old twins that are having a hard time sleeping. One of there drives in a **** Toyota reving and spinning to turn the **** around. And this is not my first run in with them as ever other time I drive to town on the R41 there is one of there drives putting others in danger not caring if other people and there families are safe on the road. EPR your are not about the law you are a bunch of rent a cops !!!!!!!!!!

I am very disgusted with EPR Security in Randfontein as I am urgently seeking employment and could not get in at any other firm and realized that EPR Security is handing out bad reference towards me in writing and verbally. Mr Krogh forwarded me the bad reference and I think totally that was inappropriate doing something like that. Firstly I was off ill with a stroke and thereafter I was examined by a doctor which said I have influenza and if the medication does not work he will have to test me for Covid 19. Due to all this EPR Security is giving out bad references. They are keeping grudges against employees who worked for them previously. I will not suggest EPR Security In Randfontein to any person to be employed at or be a client of theirs. Every warning, every Disciplinary Hearing they will keep against you. I have attempted numerous times to apply for a position at EPR Security but they will not accept my application

EPR is worse than a gym membership
I'm only giving a 1 because I cant give a 0. When I moved house 2 years ago EPR failed to install their alarm system, despite numerous attempts from me to correct it myself and failed attempts from them, I continued to pay for their service for more than a year despite them failing to deliver any service at all. When I finally cancelled my contract they put their aggressive attorneys on me for breaching the contract (which they breached first), they want an additional R7600 plus attorney fees from me on top of what I already paid for no service or I face legal action. Do yourself a favour and find another company to work with.

NO RESPONSE ON ALARMS
EPR security is absolutely useless when it comes to response and that's if they bother responding. I have had so many incidents where I have had calls to ask if they should send a team to my house instead of actually doing what they get paid to do.

EPR Security! STAY AWAY! Many other alternatives!
Just a fair warning to all residents that have access to EPR Security After being over charged on call outs to repair their faulty system (which was never done, even though it should have been under warranty when initially reporting the fault), being charged monthly for no service, being harassed for payment and no service delivery, this company just trespassed to collect their radio for which I paid a full years worth of licensing fee. I honestly hope no one else is will be charged for the radio which I have already licensed. Pathetic service. Fidelity ADT please kindly come show these companies how its done as I have never had such an issue in the 10 years that I have been with you.

EPR have been my reaction and security company since 2016. Apart from them always looking out for me, from working late and after hours to being on top of what happens onsite outside of business hours, they also go the extra mile when something outside the norm happens. I had a 'customer' that became abusive and voiced threats towards us. I simply pressed the panic button and EPR responded with speed and willingness to escort the 'customer' from the premises. They stayed throughout the situation, and called the SAPS also. Throughout their professionalism and handling of the situation was superb.

Poor service
Their time keeping and service is extremely poor. Poor technician worked till very late to get job done well done to Pieter. But office staff and technical department need to get thier **** together. Payments are a nightmare and so is their communication skills.
