Outstanding service and delivery
i would like to take this opportunity to give my perfume shop 5 stars for their excellent service and fast delivery, been using them for a while and every time the service is outstanding, i would highly recommend my perfume shop as their pricing is as good as the cheapest shop around, will use them again.

Discovery
I would like to take this opportunity to thank one of the most efficient and outstanding team i have ever worked with , the team is lead by Johan Campher which is the head of the department , Issie which is the senior in the office then Jade and Kendra, what can i say , they are always there to listen , sort out problems , doesn't matter how big or time of day and i would recommend anyone to deal with these people, i am very fortunate to deal with a Company that still care

BMW Motorcycle repair
I had a very unfortunate incident on my way to George next to the Squatter Camp just outside De Rust Town, they put a huge rock the size of soccer ball in the middle of the road, i was on my BMW R 1200 RS and could not see the rock , unfortunately i hit it on the side of my motorbike's rim and cracked it wide open and got stuck, thanks for the excellent service from Michelle that works in the Motorbike reception area, she was very accommodating to arrange a pick up of my motorcycle to be collected from my brothers house in George to the dealership, the parts unfortunately had to be ordered from Germany, not one day has passed without her keeping me in the loop , they are an outstanding team and i would like to thank them for the great service they provide.

Dentist that want to become Millionaire's overnight
I went to see a Dentist at Health worx Valley View centre, i unfortunatly chip my tooth and could have fixed it myself as it was an old crown,, i explained to the Dental Assistant that my medical aid is depleted and i do not have money, i had a major operation on my leg and still pay off to Ampath which is another rip off, charge extremely high prices and expext you to pay, however this Dentist took X-Rays aftrr i told them it is not necessary, he then filed my tooth which took not more than 5 min, i then got an account for R450 for the X-Rays and R990 for a job i could have done myself, what a rip off

Urology Hospital
I would like ro take this opportunity to thank the staff and Dr Ligthelm for the outstanding work they do, after my visit to the Unitas Hospital which was a absolute disaster to the Urology Hospital was such an eye openerand like going from a one star to a 5 star Hospital, this was such a great experience to be under Dr Ligthelm with his unbelievable personality and the way he explained the procedure, thank you and thanks to Ester and Betty

Best in the west
Bergers in Krugersdorp were fantastic when our washing machine broke, their service were very good and will be highly recommended to the public, price was very reasonable and more than happy to pay for the repair, 2 days and my machine was back as promised. Thank you

breach of contract from Virgin Active
My wife and I left Planet Fitness to join Virgin Active in Key West , the reason was that we paid R350 per person at Planet Fitness and as we belong to discovery Vitality we want to join Virgin Active as their rates will be R137 per person with the vitality benefit , we went to the Gym in April 2019 ,a lady with the name Yvonne did the paper work for us and was told that we will get the month of May and June for free there after we will be charged R 137 per person , this never happened , we were charged R1100 in May , June ,July and August instead of the R137 we were promised , we went to see them at the Gym and was promised that they will refund us the money because it was clearly visible on their system that we will get the months of may and June for free , they still haven't refund us or call us to sort out this problem , we paid half that price at Planet fitness , it does not make any sense to join a gym which is further from our house at double the price , i feel that Virgin Active was in breach of the contract and therefore i would like Virgin Active to refund us and cancel the contract without any obligation. so far we paid R 5500 instead instead of R 440 , this in absurd , i do not want to deal with them anymore.

Happy Customer
i was a very unhappy customer 2 days ago , first i must say that i never expected Gian the CEO to respond yo my letter , he came back apologize for the service i received and that means a lot, thank you. i went to see Afrihost Head Office myself , the service and friendly staff was really nice to work with , the sales person sort the problem i had with my unit out while i was waiting , he also went to the account department and they credited my account for the period i could not use or connect my unit , i like to thank Gian and his staff to sort out a problem i now believe that anybody having a issue , please take the time and go in yourself , it is worth the time , i am now a happy customer and will deferentially recommend their service to my friends and family.
