Makro online will refuse to refund your money after they have cancelled the order
The amount of disrespect that of Makro online, the refuse to refund me on a purchase I made on the 2 July 2024, I have called in 5 times and they just keep lying. I am super frustrated with this way of doing business.

Horrible estate agent
The horror of kotie myburgh's attitude. I enquired about a property I was interested in, she was extremely short and rude, showed no interest in assisting but I still went ahead and was civil which was met by her hostile and cold attitude. I'm underthe assumption estate agents are there to assist you not write you off based on who you are. It is extremely unprofessional of kotie myburgh and it puts the reputation of her company is dispute.

NO RESPONSE ON ALARMS
EPR security is absolutely useless when it comes to response and that's if they bother responding. I have had so many incidents where I have had calls to ask if they should send a team to my house instead of actually doing what they get paid to do.

This company is a complete scam. They don't communicate and they've all blocked me right after the CEO made endless promises. They invoiced me and I paid, after receiving no feedback and response I realized they're website has been privatized. I only wanted the service I paid for, but they scammed me.
