The horror of kotie myburgh's attitude. I enquired about a property I was interested in, she was extremely short and rude, showed no interest in assisting but I still went ahead and was civil which was met by her hostile and cold attitude. I'm underthe assumption estate agents are there to assist you not write you off based on who you are. It is extremely unprofessional of kotie myburgh and it puts the reputation of her company is dispute.

This was the worst experience as a home buyer i ever had to endure, to complain about a service there firstly needs to be a service, there at Global there is non and then they force you to use their lawyers that takes 4 months to register a property with a back and forth accusation as the agent blames the lawyer, the lawyer the client and the client the agent, this is also with you as the customer doing weekly, daily and monthly follow-ups as they will simply keep you in the dark. i have purchased and sold this year alone 4 x properties and this is by far the worst i have ever seen, so much so that if i can see or hear there is any affiliation with Global or the team of lawyers, I will rather lose money in canceling a deal then to proceed.

Global Estate Platinum, where can I start. They advertised a new development in Roodepoort Groblers Park called Chanan. I thought this would be a great opportunity to buy my first place. However it has been nothing but problem after problem. I moved in September 2021 on occupational Rent basis due to the fact that Global Estate Platinum were still processing registrations. This was initially not a problem however we are now in April 2022 (8 Months later) and the property is still not registered. In 8 months so many instances has occurred proving Global Estate Platinum to be unethical and unprofessional. Electric fences do not always work, Security & construction staff are extremely unreliable and suspicious as there have been two house break-ins and one car stolen in the space of 8 Months. Pending investigation it is alleged to be an inside job due to the circumstances surrounding the break-ins. The quality of the building done by a company named Tatum Properties is extremely poor. Complains about poor painting , cracked walls, poor installation of electric plugs, toilets, basins, stoves and tiling. The quality of material used to develop this complex is cheap and not exactly what was promised or mentioned in their adverts. In their website about statement they mention that they are “well-trained real-estate professionals, however the service from the staff at Global Estate Platinum is appalling. Unprofessional voice notes, text and responses to email. Global Estate Platinum staff yelling and being rude in communication towards tenants. There responses also differ depending on their assumption of your ethnicity and educational level. I have never come across a more haughty, disorganized and unprofessional staff. Consisting of mostly friends and family members, so their training and professional skill are questionable. Their lack of people skills is also very evident. Global Estate Platinum are not transparent, they do not respond to emails, text or even whatsapps. They are never available when you call them. Their response to any query is to “pass the buck” or simply ignore your communication. They mention that they are a “people-oriented organization” and that their Principal and owner, “shares his passion for real estates with his astute team players and serve the community in a respectful and professional fashion.” This however cannot be any further from the truth, it is evident that the passion, respect and professionalism in Global Estate Platinum is lost and inconspicuous. I wish I looked elsewhere for a Estate agency, the level of service at global platinum is unsatisfactory, inadequate and adverse to say the least.

I have a rental mandate with Global Estates Platinum. After unprofessional and poor services I ended my mandate with the said agency. After acceptance, I received a letter from the agency's attorney, Ms Delia Kruger, stated that they (the agent) will pay all trust monies into my account. After various telephone calls to the agency's attorney. The agency refuse to pay the lessee deposit into my bank account.
