Worst company ever
Can not complain about service as there is no service, an additional amount was just added unto the deposit amount and you can call the entire day no answer, on mail and phone, if you phone with the option to make payment arrangements they answer immediately and then supposedly transfer you as they drop the phone with no answer.

Worst in the Westrand
This was the worst experience as a home buyer i ever had to endure, to complain about a service there firstly needs to be a service, there at Global there is non and then they force you to use their lawyers that takes 4 months to register a property with a back and forth accusation as the agent blames the lawyer, the lawyer the client and the client the agent, this is also with you as the customer doing weekly, daily and monthly follow-ups as they will simply keep you in the dark. i have purchased and sold this year alone 4 x properties and this is by far the worst i have ever seen, so much so that if i can see or hear there is any affiliation with Global or the team of lawyers, I will rather lose money in canceling a deal then to proceed.

Life breaking and demolishment of any career
There is fraudulent account opened on my name in 2011, i have submitted countless evidence to Cell C fraudulent departments and after ensuring that it is cleared it is still reflecting on my name, this has caused my career a major hit as i was shortlisted for an opportunity of a life time but was declined due to Nimble that did not clear this score since 2011. i am being send from post to post and no assistance is been given what so ever.

No service
There was a fraudulent account on my name n 2011 it was opened for 4 days and closed, with all the paper work and evidence with probably days of conversations and SAPS documents Cell C can still not deliver a simple letter to state that this is resolved, this caused major upset in my life and they do not have any records to show only the handover. the only thing they do is send you from post to post with no assistance, I probably have an entire phone book of numbers that i need to phone and did phone. i just need a competent person to just do their job nothing more.

Life threating expierience
i bought a BMW 2018 model used vehicle from Inspecta Car Centurion for cash, there was repairs done the vehicle that looked as if it was done by a group of novelists that experimented with the vehicle, they sprayed part of the side mirror twice in three weeks and it still has "fish eyes" non the less i gave up and said to leave it as is for i will rather pay and do it properly. they replaced the front left headlight and did not replace all the parts, the vehicle seemed to be in a massive front smash with "Pirate parts" the wheels was refurbished and to our surprise old damaged tyres was replaced, we had problems with the right tyre that kept on deflating and it was found to be the valve, the left tyre back did the same thing only to find for our surprise that the rim is cracked and was temporally fixed for a period of time. this is a major risk for our lives as my wife and kids are the primary drivers of this vehicle. numerous attempts and promises was made to correct the above issues except for the part of the cracked rim, if i had to speak to them again concerning this i will flip. it is by far my worst experience i have ever recieved when purchasing a vehicle.

Phathetic service
Wind screen was replaced, and they broke my wiper bolt. I was told to get a qwote taking time off work so they can fix it, wich i did. Once i sended them the qwote they bought the wiper arm and send their own GLASS TECHNICIAN to replace the wiper motor wich in return burned my battery cell as he tested the wipers for two hours and jump started my vehicle. He also brok the clips of my plastic cover covering the wipers. The vehicle since according to their request had to go to VW service centre the vehicle has been standing for 5 days causing us to to take unpaid leave as we dont have a vehicle. 5 days later i am being told that they will only replace the wiper bord. Try phonning they dont answer or transfer and drop the phone.
