Unbelievably disappointing. From the WhatsApp booking and it’s still continues. We were told to be 15 minutes early arrived to an empty spa to be assisted by a garden boy. Was told they only open at 10, appointment was for 10 having to arrive 15min prior. We walked around calling and eventually found someone hiding at the back not knowing why we were there. Asked for a a manger and was told no one was there. Called the number that I used to booked and was ignored numerous times. Was then told there is only 1 the******s and we booked for 2 people. A male the****** then arrived (we booked full body message for 2 females) As per the fine print on their side should we arrived last our treatment will be cut short by 10:10 we where still sitting in reception. Change rooms where disgusting, dirty gowns, slippers and beer bottles where left lying around where the cleaner told us to go and change. Thabo who is apparently the manager has promised me a 50% refund and I’m am still fighting for this and should I get it I walk away short changed for their bad service. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone no matter how good the specials may seem

We had the worst time ever. From the start whatapp' would not be answered for 1 or 2 days, when we got there they could not find our booking eventually that was sorted out and they took us to the room, while i was sitting on the bed someone walked into our bedroom thinking we were not in it. We booked our treatment for 14:00 and they changed it to 16:00. The wifi signal does not reach the bedroom so you cant use the tv. we thought were coming to a relaxing, calming place just to find a very big group of people partying, drinking and shouting around the swimming pool were you are supposed to be getting "private pool access"and messaged. How are you supposed to walk around with just a gown on while a whole lot of guys are drinking at the swimming pool. We felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave without the treatment or overnight stay and they refuse to refund my money. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had the worst time ever. The worst service me and wife have experienced. From the booking (communication) To arrival To the massage To overall treatment The place looks great but treatment from staff is bad .we had to remind and tell them to do everything .it was like my daughter was massaging me and we didn't drive all the way from Joburg for this .this is by far the worst .come here at your own risk

The worst service me and wife have experienced. From the booking (communication) To arrival To the massage To overall treatment The place looks great but treatment from staff is bad .we had to remind and tell them to do everything .it was like my daughter was massaging me and we didn't drive all the way from Joburg for this .this is by far the worst .come here at your own risk

My friend and I got to reception and were greeted by an *********** receptionist/the******, we were told that we need to rent gowns & DIRTY/USED slippers for R30 each! *shocking* The toilet had no toilet paper, lockers had no keys so we had to keep our handbags with us during the massages, the changing room is uni*** with no key... meaning someone can literally come in whilst you're changing. The cushions on the massage bed were dirty, towels looked old and dull. The the******s shared a tub of oil with no branding on it, there was no explanation about the oils, their hands were cold and they played music from their phones. We proceeded to do our feet, we weren't even offered water, when we ordered drinks, the waitress brought us Corona with champagne glasses, when we asked for an opener, we were told they don't have one and the waitress used her teeth to open the bottles for us.... lol The place is dirty, pool and jacuzzi were ********** yet we were told we can relax in the pool after the massages. The owners of this place have no consideration for their clients, they are ****MERS!

My partner and I had a severely disappointing experience at Pamensky Spa, Hartebee. On arrival, no one was at reception—we waited 10 minutes until someone appeared and casually said he was in a meeting. We were given dirty slippers with the excuse that new ones were “on order.” The lockers had no locks, so belongings were left unsecured. During our session, the the******s played music from their phones, claiming the speakers were broken. No one informed us of the oils being used, which is concerning for allergies. The entire place was unclean—the jacuzzi and pool were extremely dirty. Overall, this was the worst spa experience we’ve ever had—completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

This was the worst experience of my life, I arrived early about thirty minutes before my appointment, tell me why I was rescheduled because some people who missed their appointment for more than 3 hours came in and they were making noise, so they had to assist them before me and a lady told me to undress she is coming next thing a man walks in on some " Hi, I'm your the****** for the day", the place was also dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned for decades, they also make you pay extra for the robe and sleepers, after they took more than 6 days to confirm the appointment, please do not waste your money with these people..

Please do not waste your time with these people. Worst experience ever. Bought a voucher on Hyperli for a bubble picnic experience for two. Booked 2 weeks in advance for Hubbys birthday. The night before our appointment, Im told to cancel and make other plans because their technician can’t fix the pump which broke down last week Sunday. They failed to tell me about this, now it is 6:30 at night before the birthday suprise im told to make other plans. I’m so annoyed. How do I come up with plan B now?? They are even refusing to refund. Apparently I must wait for hyperli to refund me in 14 days or more…. So so disappointing

I would Like to thank Pamela for Excellent Hospitality she was very Polite and gave us a warm Welcome ,We were running late she reschedule our appointment. The the****** were excellent very helpful and patient . They made sure we were sorted and comfortable at all times. The place was clean and smelt very nice at all times. We were even given a complimentary Massage as there was a slight delay . This is not our First time we have been there several times. To Pamela you have Excellent staff with Good Etiquettes . The massage was Awesome we didn't want the session to end. It was so great i even took a snooze. You have done so many good thing to the place since we last saw it. Your Progress is truly inspiring. Keep Up the Great Service !!!!! I highly recommend the Fire wood Hot tub.
