The worst service me and wife have experienced. From the booking (communication) To arrival To the massage To overall treatment The place looks great but treatment from staff is bad .we had to remind and tell them to do everything .it was like my daughter was massaging me and we didn't drive all the way from Joburg for this .this is by far the worst .come here at your own risk
This has been the most frustrating and stressful period with this insurer My phone got ****** .i did the claim and all necessary things that was need all the documentation that was needed was handed in .every week they say my claim is still under assessmen***** been a 3 full nows and my claim is still not finalized .i have been calling and emailing and im.getting thr same story Right now my life is on hold because of this and i need a phone to so i can be able to work .Right now im really furious because i pay for this service every month but this is the treatment and waiting period that i get .this is totally unfair and bad customer service . Im.a very unhappy customer
Subject: Urgent Complaint: Faulty Fuel from Sasol Cosmo City & ********* Auto Care Service To whom it may concern, I am writing to lodge a serious complaint against Auto Care Service Center and Sasol Cosmo City. I am deeply frustrated and financially drained after a chain of events that have left me without a working vehicle and unable to earn a living. I initially took my vehicle to Auto Care for repairs and paid R9,800. Within a week, the car broke down again. Upon inspection, Auto Care informed me that the fuel I had filled at Sasol Cosmo City was contaminated, which caused significant engine damage. I was charged R20,000 for further repairs. After supposedly fixing it, I received the car back with a strange sound – similar to a police siren. Willem, the owner of Auto Care at the time, told me this noise would disappear in a week. It never did. He also assured me that he had submitted a claim to Sasol Cosmo City for reimbur*****t due to the contaminated fuel – but I received no confirmation, no communication, and no resolution from either party. Soon after, my car broke down again, and to my dismay, I discovered that Auto Care had closed down and rebranded as Mzansi Auto Works. Willem has since disappeared, leaving me with a broken car and a debt of nearly R30,000 – all caused by either negligence or dishonesty. This is unacceptable. I am now without a vehicle, unable to work, and struggling financially. I feel cheated, ******, and abandoned by both the repair center and Sasol. As customers, we put our trust in these businesses, and we deserve transparency, accountability, and justice. I demand the following: A full investigation into the contaminated fuel sold at Sasol Cosmo City. Reimbur*****t for the repairs directly caused by this fuel – totaling R20,000. Accountability from Willem and Auto Care / Mzansi Auto Works for false promises and shoddy repairs. We are all trying to make ends meet, and it is unfair to be treated like this. Please take this matter seriously and respond urgently. I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the Consumer Commission, Ombudsman, and the media if no immediate action is taken
Good afternoon I write to with Great sadness This is Mbuso Ndlovu. Me and my Wife went to our local clinic in lionpark called Eyethu yarona healthcare center. The service that we received there was appalling. The clinic sister wasn't available we are being shown up and down on where to go that time we are carrying a 11month old baby no one seems to give a darn at all .the attitude. The service. The staff was really not helpful The staff is busy gossiping in the kitchen and not paying attention to patients. This is totally unacceptable honestly for a government facility. I bought my Samsung combo deal at Cell. C NORTHGATE. I GOT THE PHONES AND THE DEAL CAME WITH SAMSUNG EARBUDS AND WATCH. NOW I WAS TOLD THAT THE WATCH AND EARBUDS WHERE GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO ME IN 7 TO 14 WORKINGS AS THEY DONT KEEP THOSE IN THE STORE. ITS BEEN WAY PASSED 14 DAYS NOW AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY GOODS YET. I CALLED THE STORE THEY SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. TILL TODAY NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME IM STILL WAITING FOR MY GOODS. SEEMS LIKE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND IM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT AT THE MOMENT AND I NEED THEM AS IM TRAVELING OUT THE COUNTRY THIS WEEKEND. THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED ASAP.
I recently bought my combo deal at cell c and it comes with earpods and Watch. I still haven't received the earpods and the watch its been well over 14 days. And there is no communication whatsoever. This looks like false advertising honestly and I'm not happy. Im traveling out the country this weekend andi honestly needed those. Sort this out ASAP As i am a unhappy customer at the moment. Not happy with the service you arr providimg and the false advertising. I call your customer care line i have been on hold for the past 30 minutes.
Car service city honeydue ohw no the worst service ever. I think what hurts the most is the fact that they messing with a very valuable asset, that i use to put bread on the table for my family. I took my car for a major service at honeydew car service city (you can imagine how much i paid for a major service). They claimed they performed a mojor inspection on my car and quoated me for aircon gas refill as it is not included in the major service. Okay fine i give them a go ahead to refill the gas and pay an additional fee ontop of the major service fee to be paid. Okay fine, i collect my vehicle trusting that these people did a great job "value for my money". 2 days down the line, the aircon is no longer working, like how is this possible. I called them and enquired as to what happened because i paid for this service (goods). They ask me to bring in the car so they can check and advised it will take 2 days. Ohw no, now i cant work, no work no money no food on the table for my family. Well, they take in the car and do whatever they claim they did, only to find myself having to pay more money to them, as they claimed they diagnosed the car again. But how l, like how is this fair or making sense as this was their fault for now doing a good job and their machine failing to identify all the faults on the car. And mind you the gas was already detected and refilled. So what am i paying for, they say well i can come collect the car and will pay this fee only when Im opting to fix the leak. On my arrival at the car service city center, they threaten me that they wont release my car until i pay this fee. What nonsense is this, this is so *********** , a ****, day light *******. How do you rob people like this though. Totally unfair. Do not take your car there for service please, because i obviously paid for services not performed.
It is funny, sad, emotionally and mentally draining how one has to beg and beg and beg for a service provider to provide for the service you pay money for on monthly basis. It is actually abuse for one to going through such a hard time to get this company to approve for my warranty services. Its been over 10 days now since my dealership sent a warranty quotation to be approved by this company for my car to be serviced but till today they have not approved it. I call day in and day out with my own airtime, speak to different consultants who gives me different stories which are lies everyday regarding the approval, but guess what even today im sitting with a promise that my claim is with management and will be approved before end of the day. In these past 10 days i have asked for management to call me and consultants promised they would call me, but ofcoz i am not important as an african client and no manager nor consultant has ever bothered updating me. Motorite is playing games that are very bad, abusing their clients and try so hard to drain their clients only to avoid paying for services and warranties. They are stalling on approving this warranty service, even after i emphasized on how much i need the car, as its for business (my kids bread is taken from their mouth), but they dont care at all. If one is thinking of associating themselves with this company, please think twice and look into paying for services somewhere esle where they value their clients and treat them with respect.
Hi there I'm writing this on behalf of my father who has had the worst experience or service from you guys and which you guys are adding to his frustration. He was involved in a accident 2 weeks ago. We submitted all the necessary information that was needed but now when it's time to fix the car you guys are taking your time and now he cant be able to work now because of this. You said it would take 3 working days to listen to the recording but it's been over a week now. We have to call you guys every single day to get a update on what's happening with the claim but we not getting anywhere with you guys. You guys are supposed to make our lives easier at a time like this but you are the ones who is making this more frustrating.
Morning I have a contract with Telkom. That we made a agreement that it would be a debit order every month. But yet that doesn't seem to happen. They don't debit this month then come the second month the double debit me and that's very frustrating and after not debiting they suspend my account because of their negligence that we had a agreement to debit on a specific date but they don't that. Now I have to fight every month to debit my account. They should have just told me to make payments my own way. Now have to fight now every month for them to unsuspend my account because their accounts department is not doing what's meant to be done. Honestly this is frustrating and irritating honestly I'm sick and tired of this
