Bought a voucher for a day spa for 2, made a booking at spa. Went to spa nobody was there long story short, they said they would tell a Hyperli to refund me. I contact Hyperli they said it’s not their problem as the voucher says redeemed I must go and sort it out. You are a **** Hyperli . Maybe check your merchandisers before advertising and taking peoples money . Day light ******* at its best
Unbelievably disappointing. From the WhatsApp booking and it’s still continues. We were told to be 15 minutes early arrived to an empty spa to be assisted by a garden boy. Was told they only open at 10, appointment was for 10 having to arrive 15min prior. We walked around calling and eventually found someone hiding at the back not knowing why we were there. Asked for a a manger and was told no one was there. Called the number that I used to booked and was ignored numerous times. Was then told there is only 1 the******s and we booked for 2 people. A male the****** then arrived (we booked full body message for 2 females) As per the fine print on their side should we arrived last our treatment will be cut short by 10:10 we where still sitting in reception. Change rooms where disgusting, dirty gowns, slippers and beer bottles where left lying around where the cleaner told us to go and change. Thabo who is apparently the manager has promised me a 50% refund and I’m am still fighting for this and should I get it I walk away short changed for their bad service. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone no matter how good the specials may seem
What a useless bunch from drivers to team leaders . All I can say is , drivers are lazy and make excuses - I’m not home , I don’t answer my phone Team Leaders : Kean or whatever your name is grow some ***** buddy . Customer communication is key , not running to the bathroom every time I call and getting some call center agent to do your dirty work because I am under huge pressure to get my parcel as your team can’t perform . Will never order from a shop where I know they are the courier company on hand again .
