I am happy to rate Ray Ngobeni from Clicks Fairland walk, he was so helpful and friendly with a smile at all times, 10/10 minus nothing, I hope everyone gets to experience him, too bad I cannot tag the Pharmacy here,.
This was the worst experience of my life, I arrived early about thirty minutes before my appointment, tell me why I was rescheduled because some people who missed their appointment for more than 3 hours came in and they were making noise, so they had to assist them before me and a lady told me to undress she is coming next thing a man walks in on some " Hi, I'm your the****** for the day", the place was also dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned for decades, they also make you pay extra for the robe and sleepers, after they took more than 6 days to confirm the appointment, please do not waste your money with these people..
My mother was deceived into debt review yesterday and when she realized that this people were not from her bank she advised that she does not want to proceed and will not be needing their services they tell her it is impossible and are requesting endless documents from her that they did not even give her cooling period these ******, it has been less than 24 hours and they are refusing to cancel her agreement and proceedinh to settle her accounts and she has advised that she does not need their assistance and the agents are being rude to her and hanging up call in her ears. Pathetic and useless ****mers.
I have been a loyal customer of takealot for years now, I have now been waiting for an order that has been delayed for 3 days, because the driver "is unable to reach me" surprisingly the delivery team is able to reach me on the same number that the driver cannot reach me on. I really need to travel and I cannot because I am awaiting delivery that has no indication of when I will receive. I am really disappointed with the service this time around.
I am shocked at the super slow service I am receiving. Before my car went it I was told that it would take a maximum of 14 working days, 4 months I am still begging for my car, I must say I am very disappointed, this is the worst service I've ever received in my life.. I need to get my car back and get a better service provider because Wow. Even if it's not fixed at this point I don't care.
I've been a tenant of Mafadi Property Management for almost 10 months, in one of their new developments Palm Springs, I must say all the issues I've had previously were resolved in a matter of days, but there is a new Building manager, that was appointed about 2 months ago, Last month I reported that my gyser was not working and it took almost a month to get it fixed, when I moved in they made me pay a thousand Rands, for my dstv connection because the connection they offer does not support the latest explora, now there is no connection on my dstv again and I've been waiting for the installer for almost a week, and I am also getting charged 10X what other tenants are paying for their water, one time I took a month's leave to see the guy who supposedly does the meter reading but they never came for almost 3 months as I waited, so I can say without no doubt that the readings are thumb sucked, how can a person living along and not even there on weekends pay 300 for water while a family of 4,5,6 pays about 60. I'm really frustrated and upset but you can rest assured that I won't take this nonsense any further. I'm basically paying to be exploited, this is the worst property management company I've ever been associated with.

I have a query that I would like to address, I am a tenant of afcho properties, and I have been in one of their property units for just over 12 months now, they have been sending communication that on your 7th month you will get 25% discount on your rent, but I have never gotten any discount so today I sent an email to them asking about the discount, only today they tell me that the mail was sent by error and it only applies to tenants in the inner city of Johannesburg. I am very frustrated because it's not the first time something like this happens , and our rent was also increased without any communication, I need advice from anyone to assist because this is no way to treat a tenant. I mean now I have budgeted the rental for the month exc the 25% that was promised to me in writing, who should now be held responsible for the remaining amount, I see this as false advertising and very inconvenient for the tetants.
