After the 1st inspection was completed there were a lot of issues found. However thanks to Dineo these issues were documented and resolved quickly and effectively. 2nd inspection zero issues were found.

Jacqui my service consultant is an asset to Renew-it Randburg. Her professionalism and ability to make complex processes simple and easy to understand was impressive. She advised me at all delays or possible delays and always gave me an appreciation of the level of thoroughness, quality and attention to detail that the team at Renew-it Randburg have on all our vehicle understand repairs. I AM BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY OF THE WORD DONE.

Cheers to Thembi, Jade and the Renew-it Randburg team. They assisted and held my hands throughout the repair process. Kept me informed of the repair progress. The car came back looking like it was never involved in an accident! There were really small issues that l wanted fixed, Thembi again assisted greatly. I am impressed by their level of professionalism. It's second to none. 🎉🎉

Another negative review due to lack of customer service. I received my car back (18 days later mind you) and noticed that my Logbook Tracker and USB-C cable were nowhere to be seen. What is interesting is that the same lady (Linda) from my previous negative review returned it to the car after i told them that they needed to stay in the car. While i understand this was at my own risk, i just find it interesting that it has just disappeared. To make matters worse, i followed up with Mbali and have received absolutely no feedback.
