Need to do back ground checks on you staff
I had a crazy experience with a ADT driver today no number plates on vehicle but car number is 46730. This driver was driving like het was drunk of on drugs in and out of lanes so I when past as I have my wife and 2 children in car I drove past saying something to my wife about his driving this seems to set him off . I kept driving home he kept following me whit his high beams on at one point he over took me screaming at me as he passed. I don't think unstable men should be driving around armed acting this way and be working for a big security company like ADT. I called ADT so tell them what happened and as for the cars number plate to make a police report but I was told I would get a call back hours ago and am still waiting. I will wait hoping to get a call back if not I will go and home the police can do something about this guy with no number plate and only his car number.ADT you need to do better you are a security company you and the people working for you should make people feel safe not this

Reckless drives
I have been living in Wheatlands Randfontein for almost 2 just and EPR'S drivers or security guards drive like the road belongs to them and road rules don't apply to them now this morning in road 3 by my house where I have been struggling with my 7 month old twins that are having a hard time sleeping. One of there drives in a **** Toyota reving and spinning to turn the **** around. And this is not my first run in with them as ever other time I drive to town on the R41 there is one of there drives putting others in danger not caring if other people and there families are safe on the road. EPR your are not about the law you are a bunch of rent a cops !!!!!!!!!!

Inconsiderate stuff
I go to the checkers at Tambotie Mall Randfontein every week to buy my things for the week and I always go early just after the store opens and every time the 60 60 people almost run you over and it has happened at other locations so someone needs to ask what is more important people buying thousands of Rand's or online people whit a hundreds. And every morning there are over 15 stuff going up and down fixing shelves but all they do is talk don't let customers pass and block customers from getting things off shelves. Why? Should the store not be ready when the doors open? Should the shelves be stocked before a customer is let into a store . And it's not just me that has had this experience a lot of people in my family and friends group have spoken about this stuff and is now a running joke. I was a retail manager for over 10 years and this was never acceptable. Please get your stores together

Reasons Game is going down the toilet
I went to Game Key West this morning to look for a soundbar it was around 9:30 after 15 to 20 mins of standing around and after I held a other customer who was looking for information on a TV to buy and then telling him to go to incredible connection. Then I decided to go take my business somewhere else. On my way out I asked a gentleman if I could speak to a manager, where I was taken all the way back to the same department, where the manager was leaning against a shelf playing on her phone with 5 to 7 more staff members were standing around or on thier phones less than 10m from the sound bars where I needed assistance. This is not the first time I have poor service complaint. As a previous retail manager this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. My staff was always focused on the clients and not more interested on social media. This is the reason Game is loosing business and I won't be surprised to hear on the news tomorrow games closed down over night

The Jack's paint in Randfontein is great the staff are so helpful every time I have been I have had so many bad experiences whit build it Randfontein and whit builders warehouse it strubens. Thank you and keep up the hard work

Managers are ********s
Managers are ********s and should be locked up. I paid for a generator on Friday (online)receive a call saterdag that it will come before 1pm on Saturday it's Tuesday and I'm still waiting they lei to you over the phone every time a different story no I am out R5000 and a generator at a time I needed is and they will do nothing to even make it rite please stay away from builders Wearhouse strubens The management the have no idea what they are doing and I wonder if they ever received training to do there jobs

Get no feedback from rain on emails I can't log a ticket on the app as something is wrong whit it and the internet has been bad for weeks now Rain just does not care

Don't get rain save your money
Have had no internet for 2 days I have logged tickets whit rain no reply I have to pay but they can't give me internet This is the worse company I have ever had to deal whit

At my ropes end
Don't know what to do anymore. Been whit rain less then two months It's been so bad now last week over hello Peter someone from rain helped and it got better for a few days and now it's really busy now most of the time no internet. I email no feed back I log a ticket and If I don't pick up when they call they close the ticket whit out trying to call back. Why do I have to pay if it's this bad What is it going to take Rain?

Rain does not come back to me after I log a ticket everyday I have no internet the last week or so It's so bad I can't do a speed test to even say how bad I'm fed up whit there bull They want money but won't fix there problem
