Reckless drives

I have been living in Wheatlands Randfontein for almost 2 just and EPR'S drivers or security guards drive like the road belongs to them and road rules don't apply to them now this morning in road 3 by my house where I have been struggling with my 7 month old twins that are having a hard time sleeping. One of there drives in a **** Toyota reving and spinning to turn the **** around. And this is not my first run in with them as ever other time I drive to town on the R41 there is one of there drives putting others in danger not caring if other people and there families are safe on the road. EPR your are not about the law you are a bunch of rent a cops !!!!!!!!!!
