I have twice reviewed One Deal A Day before. First to review lack of service and secondly to commend them for putting in the efforts and improving since the poor review. A relative long journey followed where I supported the supplier with many purchases over years. Many purchases did not live up to expectations and does not work at all or not as well as promoted. That is expected in any retail and product industry. However, the last straw was with a smart watch purchase that I can do nothing with. The problem however is that there so called improved WhatsApp customer service could not be accesses as you only get a robotic pre-crafted reply. Attempts to contact them by email, phone or any other means was fruitless. To date, I sit with no reply, no acknowledgement, no product, no return and the worst of all, I could not even unsubscribe from their promotions as that function also does not work. So spare yourself money, grief and frustration and steer clear of One Deal A Day.
EPR have been my reaction and security company since 2016. Apart from them always looking out for me, from working late and after hours to being on top of what happens onsite outside of business hours, they also go the extra mile when something outside the norm happens. I had a 'customer' that became abusive and voiced threats towards us. I simply pressed the panic button and EPR responded with speed and willingness to escort the 'customer' from the premises. They stayed throughout the situation, and called the SAPS also. Throughout their professionalism and handling of the situation was superb.
Having had a very bad experience with One Deal A Day, I really have to take a moment to tip my hat to them. I have continued to order from them notwithstanding because I like their products and must say I get good service and good product. Circumstances world wide is very hard and more so for retail. You have really stepped up and kudos to you. Well done!
Would have preferred to give no stars. Please don's use for purchases especially on so called Black Friday. Administration poor and after 7 weeks of non receipt of my order new excuses of backlogs being put forward. Will not use again no matter what good 'bargains or value for money' is advertised.
I really dislike having to constantly nag or engage to get service and is most satisfied when my payment for a service gets paid on a regular basis without problems and at the same time the service just runs smoothly without me almost even knowing it. If I need it it is there, if I require assistance it is provided but mostly you get what you paid for and it simply runs like a good oiled machine in the background. This is how I feel about Webafrica.

Having to submit tax invoices for an audit a year after bookings and travel through travelstart but not having had the tax invoices, Ferial Stemmet supplied the three required invoices upon submitting a request within 10 minutes of the request.
