Bad to no after sales service.
Very bad after sales service. Bought a WOLL pan. Within 6 months the non-stick coating started to come off. After months of communication eventually they replaced it. Within another few month the replacement coating also started to come off. I started to try and communicate, sent emails, WhatsApp and website "contact us". no reply.

No after sales backup
I purchased an E Promo steam mop at the home and garden show. The product stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted Epromos offices and was asked to return it to them. I had to call repeatedly to get any follow up progress. I called them twice over the next 6 week period . First i was told the boss is overseas sourcing spares . The second call i was told the machine cant be fixed as PC board faulty. They eventually replaced the mop with another one which didnt work straight out the box . I have attempted to contact both the office and owner (Raymond) by phone and email with no response. This product is poor quality with terrible back up.

My experience with Epromo has been nothing but wonderful. It's not often you get both excellent service and outstanding quality for products. I highly recommend this business.

Misleading promise of after sales service
WORST PURCHASE EVER. The FryAir works great until it doesn’t. Trying to arrange replacement of parts takes several messages and empty promises, with radio silence afterwards. Asked specific questions and got a generic reply about things not even asked with estimated “repair” amounts, excluding courier costs, of almost R1000 or a demo unit for another R2100. Not what is said when you are moved to but their products. Just avoid the bad service and buy from reputable places instead of being ****med after purchase.
