I dealt with Ishan Gopie in selling 2 properties for me in Johannesburg (Constantia Kloof) and could not be happier with his service. I live in Cape Town and he went the extra mile in getting my units sold. He kept the keys and opened up for handymen who had to fix stuff. He had numerous open days to get more people to view the properties. He contacted me regularly with updates. This is a slow market and times are hard, but where other agents maybe took someone to view the property about once every 3 weeks, he had quite a few people out there every single week.
