Warranty robbers

Yesterday I took my Epson Ecotank printer to Southgate and I was advised that my L3110 Epson is in warranty .My purchase was on 14-05-2019 and now the Lockdown hasn’t been factored in and today I was called to come and get my printer .There is really no service and Incredible connection is fast to sell me products and once a problem pops up they don’t and refuse to assist ...No customer service at all And what makes things worse is Epson doesn’t have any help as they claim warranty and when push comes nothing happens ....My printer just doesn’t want to print
