High priority Complaint

Hello, I’m very disappointed with ERA by DJ Zinhle regarding how my issue has been handled so far. It was easy to place my order and receive the delivery, but no one seems to have the sense of urgency to address my complaint.

I ordered a bag, 3 pairs of earrings, and sunglasses, but I only received the bag and sunglasses. The earrings are still missing, and I haven’t received any proper support or updates.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I need either the missing items to be shipped immediately or a refund processed without further delay.
