******* service and ******* longevity of a brand I bought this watch out of love and in support of black business. I really like my watch however the quality has not been great The clipping lock part is not working I’ve reported a numerous times however the girl assisted me said nothing can be done of assistance. Can someone tell me what is the way forward cause this is reputable watch and brand i would like my watch to be worn by me cause I bought for those reasons. Mpumelelo Zuke Durban watch was bought in Pavilion. Thanks This is the reason why I hate local brands you are ****ming and conniving people absolute garbage…warranty or not this is your brand irrespective please don’t give the semantics of warranty nonsense …… You have no essence of customer loyalty and care it all about a sale than it a **** off… Would love to escalate to consumer support going forward

Hello, I’m very disappointed with ERA by DJ Zinhle regarding how my issue has been handled so far. It was easy to place my order and receive the delivery, but no one seems to have the sense of urgency to address my complaint. I ordered a bag, 3 pairs of earrings, and sunglasses, but I only received the bag and sunglasses. The earrings are still missing, and I haven’t received any proper support or updates. Please treat this matter as urgent. I need either the missing items to be shipped immediately or a refund processed without further delay. Thank you.

Hello, I’m very disappointed with ERA by DJ Zinhle regarding how my issue has been handled so far. I bought the earrings in July, now the small diamonds are now falling of the earrings and i send their customer service an email, all they can say was sorry the earrings are out of warranty, i mean its not even 6months with this earrings but the quality is not good at all, this is my 4th pair buying from them, i will never buy from them ever again.

I went to the Mall of Africa store and immediately fell in love with the Superstar Grey Sunglasses and have been on the waiting list to get these shades. Monthly later they then became available again, I went to the Store and they didn’t have stock but the online store had stock. I went and bought from the onlines store, however the ones I received I big amd fall off my face. I went back to the Store and fitted the ones they have and did a comparison with the ones I have received and yes mine are bigger/wider. Unfortunately the store doesn’t have stock and they advise I need to contact online shop to hear what are my options/solution they can offer. Now after spending R1200 plus R100 for delivery,I was told I need to spend an additional R200 to send back the pair I have for them to send me another one with the risk that I might have the same problem. Countless times I told the Agent : Mbuyelo to rather advise on the return process as they are not even willing to meet me halfway on the cost because its not my fault I was sent a defect quality product.I even picked up the phone and spend my money to call this person for clarity but they couldn’t be bothered to even do the same. The only thing Mbuyelo is interested on is back and forth email giving me bad attitude and arrogance for days. I'm an Era fan have earings and chains but this marks the end of the relationship if that how this brand treats its customers. The shades haven’t been worn and have been in my possession for less than 30 days

Terrible customer services I called in to cancel but the order was placed before I can confirm that I want them to proceed with the order now they refuse to take the items back when I haven't even opened the package.. why must I be forced to keep something I don't want?
