I have bought the boots from online, but the shoes are very uncomfortable so much that i cannot walk with them because the cut is too small, I'm usually a size 4 but i sized up but the shoes are still painful, and it makes my ankle so painful. I asked to return the shoes even though i wore them once and get a bigger size? Because i really love the shoes but i cant wear them as they are too uncomfortable and make my feet. I was that they won't be able to accept the boots back since they have been worn. Very disappointed
I bought the earrings in July, now the small diamonds are now falling of the earrings and i send their customer service an email, all they can say was sorry the earrings are out of warranty, i mean its not even 6months with this earrings but the quality is not good at all, this is my 4th pair buying from them, i will never buy from them ever again.
Bought food via ASAP and they delivered rotten meat and expired packet of simba, i'm very disappointed at pick n pay Lemo mall bloemfontein, i sent an email they are not responding, there's always something that is not right with them.

PURCHASED A EPSON L 3260 PRINTER JAN 2023 . SINCE DAY ONE I EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS,DIFFICULT TO INSTALL, ,ALSO DIFFICULT TO REGISTER. IT MAKE THE SOUND OF PRINTING,BUT ONLY A BLANK PAGE.i GOT FED UP AND DISCONNECTED IT,LEFT IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS,REINSTALLED IT NOW IT FAILS TO PRINT BLACK. ITS JUST SITTING THERE NOT WORKING, I CANT DO MY BUSINESS, I CALLED THEM LAST YEAR AND THEY SAID I SHOULD UPDATE SOFTWARE STILL AFTER THAT NOTHING IS WORKING
Again they rejected claim again, i've had it with outsurance , always an excuse to pay out, submitted a claim for my roof that is leaking , claim was rejected
I bought the chair on takealot and i received the chair damaged and faulty i could not assemble the chair as the holes were big and the ***** couldn't hold on to the chair, the next day after receiving the chair i returned it, now takealot is refusing to exchange the change they say i have damaged the chair, but How?
I have been struggling the while week to get my wifi to work, i was told it will take 72 hours for a technician to call even now i still cant use the wifi but i have paid them, they are unprofessional, i took to facebook i was told that my account is active and another one called to say its not there is a fault with my line, how difficult it is to fix this? Its been more then a week now, im gonna cancel this as its useless
When i was a student i had a student achiever account, i have not been using that account since 2008 and i went to the bank to advise for the account to be closed but to my surprise in 2021 when i open another account i was shocked to find out its still open, and i asked the consultant to close it but still the account was not closed and they did not even inform me about owing them for the charges, come 2023 when i went to collect my account, boom this account is still active, and im owing 20k only because of the charges, please stop that account from accumulating the charges and close it as i will never pay money for an account that i have not been using for over 15 years, standard bank is ripping people off, how can they keep on the account for that long
The service that i Always receive here is bad, they dont call back with the follow up, i have been calling and they send me up and down saying the consultant will call amd they never call me back, i have been sending pictures that they requested but i dont get help, this is an urgent matter as i need the tryres and rims to be fixed
