Bad service at Menlyn shopping mall for no stock items

Double deduction
Am a pensioner,I went to AVBOB tshwane mall to complain about the policy that deducted twice the premium ,they told me they can’t help me,mind you I need to buy medication and food with that money only to find out I must die with hunger because of them😡😡
