Rain
Hi I subscribed with rain internet only to find out it does not have a signal in my location, when I call after I have paid that's when they tell me there is no rain signal in Virginia they sent a courier to pickup their rooter but to this day its a struggle to refund me I am sent from piller to post I need help with my refund

I am very frustrated with this Company
I am very frustrated with this Company. My daughter was ****** by two african black males.They took her cellphone iPhone 13.One of these African males pointed my daughter with a firearm.I went with my daughter to open a case at Jabulani SAPS.now Rain couldn't help me with Blocking my daughters phone.They told me that they will assist me with only blocking the Sim card.They won't help me with Blocking of the phone.i told them that the insurance need the ITC number so that they can process my claim.i am stressed no one at Rain is willing to assist me

THE WORST AFTER SERVICE - REFUSE TO CANCEL MY SERVICE DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS
RainGo Cancellation - I cancelled rain services end November 2025 but to date I am still being billed despite telephonic and whatsapp requests. Each call or whatsapp i make or send I get told it has been escalated to BILLINGS and that it has been noted for cancellation. January and February 2026 they debited my account and then Invoiced me for March 2026 billing as well. There is no option to delete card or payment details. I called and requested my information be removed but there have been excuses resulting in my cancelling my card.

No support from Rain
I have the Rain 101 router for almost 7 months now, the last 4 months have been hell, my router work sometimes fine and other times I connected without internet. I have loaded service tickets and even called them a couple of times to no avail, everytime I call them it is the same old story(will load a support ticket) and then they forget about you

No support from Rain

Billing problems
Dear rain South Africa I don’t appreciate that I have made payment as always on the 25th of every month this morning my internet’s is paused required me to make payment now to reconnect may you please change date back to 25th and restore the connection payment date changed to 1st mxm I called your call centre the agent says it cannot be changed back to the 25th how impossible is that 😡😡

Pay for service never received
The worst service ever, I have logged 10 calls with no help , I didn't pay the for the month of January 2026 and I was never provided with connection not even a single day or hour , now I paid for February am told I am not going to get the service because I owe January , how do I owe for the service I never receive, If is that so please refund my Feb money since am not connected and I want to cancel the stupid subscription , day light ******* no ways I work hard for this money .
