St Augustine hosp department Trauma/admin Rude unprofessional no sense of urgency and no compassion to help Nurses are just entitled no respect no manner of approach forever grumpy. As for the triage guy Musa rude can’t even greet a patient St Augustine trauma is an unpleasant department to be in especially when you are ill.
Umlazi they never answer phones therefore they can not be dispatched….last week I couldn’t get an ambulance because nobody was there to assist therefore a 112 told me ti drop the call and call back later cause he was not going to keep on trying whilst Umlazi state ambulance wasn’t responding.

There’s no order they close and take ridiculous amounts of breaks!than they are offline at 13:00 some leaving before 16:00 as per office agreement times I can’t be addressed by security guards of what is going on inside the offices direct me yes but not you telling us steps going forward most annoyingly in the most unruly way possible pathetic behaviour and absolutely not a way to liaise with people…..

Was with budget insurance for a 2 going on 3 years.. The service with them was great until their panel shops they assigned me to job not done properly longer turnaround times Budget never checks the works assigned to their clients;you call at budget phone is never answered if answered you are transferred from pillar to post….Still this day I wait for my access reimbur*****t nobody has liaised with me regarding that I wonder when…. The never decreasing premium yet vehicle is depreciating it is up hauling and discrediting. My boot is still a mess….

I really like my watch however the quality has not been great The clipping lock part is not working I’ve reported a numerous times however the girl assisted me said nothing can be done of assistance. Can someone tell me what is the way forward cause this is reputable watch and brand i would like my watch to be worn by me cause I bought for those reasons.
