Umlazi they never answer phones therefore they can not be dispatched….last week I couldn’t get an ambulance because nobody was there to assist therefore a 112 told me ti drop the call and call back later cause he was not going to keep on trying whilst Umlazi state ambulance wasn’t responding.

The service with them was great until their panel shops they assigned me to job not done properly longer turnaround times Budget never checks the works assigned to their clients;you call at budget phone is never answered if answered you are transferred from pillar to post….Still this day I wait for my access reimbur*****t nobody has liaised with me regarding that I wonder when….
