Poor

Kindly assist i bought a house.Before when i buy the property all the damaged that we find when we view the property was noted on the offer to Purchase and we agreed on it.But now when we moved in we found out that there is new damages. above are new damages ▪️Main bed room handle is out of position ▪️living room sliding door locking mechanism is damaged ▪️The wall on the main bed room and living room is having holes. ▪️The toilet on the ground is leaking and there is a blockage. Now the agent they don't want to fix the damages
