Outstanding Customer Service

It's not often nowadays that one is pleasantly surprised by exceptional customer service. Ergotherapy went above and beyond my expectations and I'd highly recommend them.

My situation is that I have back problems. Not too serious but bad enough that I thought it was worth the investment to get a proper chair - let's face it - these are not your run of the mill chairs.

I received the chair I ordered. Exceptional quality. The problem was that it just didn't work for me. I didn't get the level of comfort that I was expecting. I was going for gold and got silver. :-)

I made contact with the customer service team and without hesitation, they offered to check the chair. They even made adjustments but after continuous use, it still just wasn't working for me. I think this is caused more by me (dodgy back) than the chair.... but the team at Ergotherapy didn't stop there. They invited me to their office to meet with a physio and allowed me the time to try all the different chairs until I found one that better suited me.

I landed up preferring a completely different model to the one I had originally ordered. Again, no problems in sorting it out. Just easy. A special thank you to Tracey, Liza and Gary.
