Pretty of ERS Biometrics,in Centurion, provided excellent service to our company. She was patient , competent and went an extra mile to educate me on their services.. Shout out to Pretty, Zesuliwe

Worst experience ever! Don't fall for their tricks. This Company made me pay in advance for a service I can't use. Now they refuse to refund me. It has been since April, with no refund. ERS Bio promised me a service that will minimise my time sent on payroll, but I had to pay before they will discuss the process further. After payment, I was told that my company is too big, I need to pay another amount. Only after the payments did we receive training to explain the system. This is when we were told that this system will not work for my site and that it was never supposed to be offered to us. Since then, I could not get any of my money back.

Considering they're "leaders in the industry", I spend an insane amount of time dealing with support. Their platform will just change rules on a whim. Reports you've been printing for years will suddenly calculate differently for no reason. They replaced our hardware in May last year, and now it needs to be replaced again - but they gave NO warranty on the previous device. Going to look for quotes to change service providers rather than buy a new device every 6 months.

Save yourself a LOT of money and frustration. NEVER EVER use this Company. You are better off with nothing than have this false sense of security in thinking the program works as it is supposed to. In the middle of January when I wanted to bill my time, I detected to my shock that the program stopped working on 31 Dec 2023. May I add that I still paid for uninterrupted service. This caused me to lose out in my income for half a month. After many complaints that my desktop activity report is not working, I was informed that the matter was fixed. That was AFTER I was informed that it was my own responsibility to check that the program (that I pay to record my desktop activity) is working as it is supposed to. I was informed that I cannot even have discount for my monthly subscription the following month – even though the loss of my income is directly attributable to the incompetence of the desktop activity program. The reason given was that I am supposed to watch if their program is working. How ridiculous – I must pay for a program that records activity on my desktop, but then STILL have to check if it is working as specified. Which other Software Company will tell you that their software is not working but you were supposed to check that it works. I checked for a week, and all seems fine. On 28 January 2024 I had to submit my time sheet again. This was very important as I am already losing the fees of half a month. Great was my shock when I watched in horror how ERS Bio presented me ANOTHER report where the program stopped functioning on the 19th of January just after mid-day. Once again, I have another invoicing cycle where it is seemingly fine for my service provider to render a program that does not work. This is DEVASTATING for my Cashflow.

Company communication is sub par, everything is left to the users to configure once installation has been completed. The teams do not communicate effectively between departments and once the installation was completed we were left with no working clocking system for 3 weeks and the system is still not running. What was promised and what was delivered do not match and their support for completed hardware installations is nonexistent, it has taken almost a month for the software side of the system to be setup and configured and is still not running. Would not recommend using this company.
