Sizwe is the worst medical aid i have dealt with in 40 years of being on a medical aid. Husband diagnosed with cancer, received authorization, ended up paying from my pocket, and have been waiting for over 2 months to be refunded by Sizwe. Still no refund to date. Hospital procedures not paid. Oncologist not paid. Sizwe has placed me in unforeseen medical debt of nearly R100 000.00, plus a husband that has cancer, and can not go for any further tests or treatment, as i do not have the funds. This is so unfair, as Sizwe will rather let their members die than pay the accounts. Due to unsettled doctors and hospital bills, the hospital will not admit him again, and the doctor will not see him unless account is settled, and we pay upfront. i pray to God that they never have to face such gruesome reality when one of their family members are diagnosed with such a dread disease.
This is the worst company i have had to deal with as far as online shopping is concerned. I ordered and paid for a product on 30th of Jan 2025 in the evening. on the morning of the 31st i called and explained i ordered the wrong product and would like to change it and pay the difference. this product has not even been removed from the shelf, so i cannot understand why this cannot be done. I need to wait for the wrong product to be delivered, and then return it, or i can cancel the order, wait up to 14 days for my money, and then purchase the correct item. Makro, if you are not doing well financially, this is the issues you need to look at, as i will never ever buy from you again. People read these comments, and less and less people will order from you. Why can i not just go to the shop and buy the product..... Only available online...... What a ball of ****!!!!!.
After being a client for 20 years, and my car gets ******, it takes Outsurance more than 4 weeks to sort this out. Assesor investigator is on a wild goose chase calling people "***** Bliksems", and telling my mechanic he is a "stuk gemors" does not make me feel welcome to stay with Outsurance. How can you treat people like that? I am seriously dissapointed in Outsurance
Discovery bank has the worst service delivery in the world. Spoke to about 10 different consultants since 24 November 2023, and still my issue is not resolved. 2 Payments were made by myself to another account in Saudi Arabia. to date the funds have not been released to receivers bank account, due to a code that Discovery cannot supply me with. Discovery advised 2 weeks ago that the funds will be reversed back into my account, which has still not happened. R10 000.00 i am losing interest on, and discovery is gaining the interest. Wake up Discovery bank. YOUR BUSSINESS IS UP TO ****, AND YOUR CONSULTANTS DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. I AM IRRITATED AND ANGRY!!!!!!! Consultants are Lebo/ Elebogile/ Tiisetso/ Puthi, and a few more i did not get the names. Then they have the cheeck to ask you to rate them a five??????? Payment were made on the 20th of November, its been nearly 4 weeks that my money is just hanging in the air😡😡😡😡😡

I have a very long insurance/claim/towing/robbery/disappointment story, that is to much to share. This compliment is not only about getting thing sorted out, it is the attitude and helpfulness that makes things so much better.<br> I was on the verge of cancelling my insurance due to me being angry and disappointed. This was only until my case was sent to Hendrik, that things started improving. I got daily feedbacks, response when I had questions, and always in a friendly manner. Hendrik, Telesure is lucky to have such a helpful person with a great attitude, giving constant feedback. This is the kind of thing that people are looking for when purchasing a product is the assurance of customer care.
