I have had Escape Gear seat covers in my car for four years. The driver's seat, mostly because I did not retention the straps, wore a hole. I took my car to their office in Cape Town where they removed the seat cover and a week later refitted it with a new panel sewn in place. Fantastic service. Their new floor mats are also great

The product quality is fine... but incorrect items are sent despite even sending images of the vehicle molded mats are required for (manual sent instead of automatic). Back and forth to finally receive the correct product, also making use of highly inefficient couriers who lie and say access to estates cannot be granted when no contact was even made. Very unhappy customer after paying higher prices than other competitors.

Bought seat covers from Escape Gear for my Ranger back in 2014. 11 years later after extensive overland trips in Africa the driver's seat had a small section of seat cover fabric that had frayed. Took the vehicle to Escape Gear where they removed all the covers for me so I could wash the ones in good condition, and then did a beautiful job sewing in a new colour matched piece on the driver's seat at zero cost. How/why the others posting bad reports here about this company is beyond me. What I saw and received was TOP CLASS OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. Well done, guys!

Transmission cover was produced the wrong way, I have LHD not RHD. They already admitted it's their fault. Now, since months (the order was placed 5.12. last year) they are "trying to decide how to proceed". Easy, I tell you: produce the correct one, send it and you got a happy customer back. Continue to do nothing and watch the then following review on YT.

Worst worst service ever received. My covers was returned on their request as it did not fit my vehicle. They requested me to return it and will do a refund instead of alterations. Its was returned and received 3 weeks ago, i have been calling and they will sort it out every day.Every day i they will contact me back and not 1 call yes.

Please reconsider if you want to send it in for repairs!! They basically stole our 2 front seat covers. We send it in for repairs and its more than 2 months later, no seatcovers, no reply, no answers, nobody know anything!! Apparently its wrongly been send to Botswana and not getting it back cause its to expensive?? Most terrible experience ive ever had with a business
