My partner and I had signed up in December and a week later we had to move to jhb as my partners dad had passed away. I then communicated with them to cancel my membership and they 1st told me to just pay the sign fees. Then weeks later they call me and tell me that I have to pay 50% of our membership fees in order to cancel our membership. When they communicate sms to me they don't even have my correct name and surname it's a completely different person as they have the wrong surname. Very disappointing and disgusting gym. I highly don't recommend going to escape gym in Phoenix. Pathetic and horrible customer service as well.

Starwood Escape Gym has poor service! Unhappy with the service we tried to cancel the membership, even tho the cancelation fee was not explained in word - the contract said that a 50% fee shall be paid in words yet staff members are asking for 80% of the fee paid

Huge scam....guys tricked me that there was a birthday special where you receive a free month voucher thereafter you can continue or choose to not...after filling out my name and surname on a piece of paper i was asked to sign as part of the process there after i was asked for a fee when i confronted the guy who told me it was a free month he said that there was no such promotion and that i misunderstood him it was a special for half price i then refused to make payment and walked on...i am now receiving calls on a daily basis and being harrassed by a female who claims to be from the legal department demanding for me to make payment for something i did not agree on i dont advise any individual to consider using this gym facility as they are a bunch of con artists

A huge scam. This gym shouldn't be allowed to operate. My mother took a one year contract with the gym. The sales person Naren lied on the document and just asked her to sign because the gym was closing. Only a few months later when they double debited my mum, she noticed the 3 years written on the contract. She messaged Naren about it and he ignored her messages. She was then requested to meet admin to resolve the issue. When we got to the admin office, Naren lied about everything ( the discussions as well as pricing ) and the lady Eve at admin decided to side with him and argue with us. They are disgusting frauds and are ripping people off. No customer service skills at all. Worst decision ever.

I am very disappointed with Escape Gym @StarwoodMall Phoenix, my son had a contract with them which ended in November 2021, he was approached to extend his contract on 25/11/2021 to which is agreed. Due to the rising numbers of the coronavirus and his underline issues. I called the gym on the 04th of December advising them we need to cancel the agreement. Today the 13.12.2021 my son goes directly to the admin department to advise them of the cancellation, A lady by the name of Eve advised we cannot cancel as it is pass the 5 days from the date of the contract, to which we need to pay 50% of the contract off. I do not think this is fair. we have not used the facilities and considering the new variant of the virus, they want to take advantage. We have not paid for the New term as yet. And I was advised to pay now that we want to cancel. I was thereafter advised by Eve that legal action will be taken. My son is a student and I am requesting that this contract be cancelled, as it is not even a full month that went by.

Escape Gym is the worst gym ever, My contract ended after 3 years, I was still debited, I contacted them, but the Lady told me I must give them in writing to cancel the contract, how come they didn't contact me when the contract finished. A bunch of rogues. Don't be fooled into taking contracts with them.

Im a member of Escape in starwood. This month they debited me twice. When i reversed the debit they accused my membership of being in arrears and whats so disappointing is that when i took the contract it was a special fee of R99 a month for 3 months. But every month they debit me for R156.00.I never inquired it.They must have loved me as a customer because i chose to be quiet and never said a word. The truth is you lost a customer and i will make sure that no one else falls prey to your scheme by telling everyone about what happened to me
