Costly Incompetence

Complete incompetence!

They were responsible for legal side of an apartment I purchased. When I wanted to transfer my bond it came out that there was no gas certification done... in fact the gas stove was non-compliant. When I replaced my stove it came out that the stove plug wasn't compliant!

And fixing aĺl this has to come out of my pocket because they couldn't care less!
