Esquire Midrand and Hisense bad customer service

I purchased a 100inch projector laser TV from Esquire Midrand and it has been giving me issues ever since. When I first contacted them and Hisense I was given a replacement projector which I recently found out is of lesser value and quality. Hisence issued a credit note to Esquire but they *****ulently gave me a different unit that has been discontinued and continues to give me issues. I have contacted the store several times and sent emails to both Esquire and Hisense but they both keep shifting the blame between each other and not taking accountability to resolve the issue.

I have spoken to Khuselo Zazini from Hisense and Ntombi a team leader at Esquire whom have failed to assist me.

When i request a refund Esquire insists on claiming 20% of the credit note amount from Hisense which makes no sense and was not communicated when I made the purchase. My reference number is 2528409
