Stay far away
Worst passport and document support company - stay away from this or any business associated with the owners. They were very eager to sell us their services before money was paid, after that there was no contact from them and they became impossible to reach. I have requested a refund but it was never honoured, nor would they even discuss the situation with me. Its a pity that scammers like this are allowed to operate and prey upon vulnerable folks in need of support.

Stay far away
Worst passport and document support company - stay away from this or any business associated with the owners. They were very eager to sell us their services before money was paid, after that there was no contact from them and they became impossible to reach. I have requested a refund but it was never honoured, nor would they even discuss the situation with me. Marius Henning - Document Solutions - FRAUD
It's difficult to tell if "Essential Document Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the same company as "Document Solutions" as all the websites and even the whois registries have been removed or redacted. We dealt with Marius Henning, supposedly from "Document Solutions", initially through the website www.documentsolutions.co.za, and then through the WhatApp business account (0745331746). Upon payment, the website and WhatsApp account disappeared.

Scammed by Essential document solutions
Stay away from this company, we also got scammed by them. First of all they are only willing to assist or explain their process once full payment has been made. We made contact with them in order to assist with a birth registration to obtain a birth certificate as well as a passport. After 3 months of no progress, they suddenly dissapeared of the face of the earth. Emails are bouncing back, no answer on the phone number, also sent someone to their listed address, there is no company there. If it is true that the CEO passed away, how can the rest of the company just pocket everyone's money and dissapear. It is absolutely shocking that people can scam expats like this!

SCAMSTERS!!!!
This company are absolute scamsters!! When I questioned them on the work they had done for me so far, they were short , rude and very unclear in their answers. After paying money over to them to sort out a birth certificate nearly 5 months ago, they seem to have now disappeared. All e mail addresses bounce back. No one answers any telephone calls. BEWARE!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
