Scammed by Essential document solutions

Stay away from this company, we also got scammed by them. First of all they are only willing to assist or explain their process once full payment has been made. We made contact with them in order to assist with a birth registration to obtain a birth certificate as well as a passport. After 3 months of no progress, they suddenly dissapeared of the face of the earth. Emails are bouncing back, no answer on the phone number, also sent someone to their listed address, there is no company there. If it is true that the CEO passed away, how can the rest of the company just pocket everyone's money and dissapear. It is absolutely shocking that people can scam expats like this!
