Wow congratulations 🎉 you are the top employer I can even prove it. If it wasn't because of ur kindness, sweet, helpfulness. I would have left the policy . You made it easy for me to understand it , you have been helping me for years now🙏💖💖. I still have the policy because of you🤞. I have been a member of this scheme since April 2024 and each time I have made calls to enquire about something, I have been met by such good customer service from the consultants. This time even better ! I had called with an emergency around 2am and told the consultant I will be going to the hospital to get help with my situation. I ended up not going to the hospital. At 4am she called me to check on the progress since she was expecting a call back from me to get the authorization code but I missed the call since I had fallen asleep. This evening at 7pm, 17 hours since I called, she called me back to check if I was okay and managed to get the help I needed. I am so grateful for that humane act because she could have easily forgotten about me. So grateful Tutu.

This medical aid has very bad service , i waited from 08:23 to 08:36 for an agent to respond to my whats app then i requested to do benefits at 08:37 and got the benefit done by the agent Themba at 08:56 , he just rep**** with an auth number not advising if this benefit is approved or not . This is after calling the medical aid and no answer ,During this time the patient was waiting to be seen by the Doctor , This is terrible terrible service , i would not recommend this medical aid or Themba to assist anyone .

Been paying this company for years now BUT TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR THE LAST HOUR AND A HALF NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! you sit here listing to a ringtone for 20min plus , wasting your airtime. Really bad customer service

I wrote a review here last saturday about EEB, they apologised and assured that the problem has been resolved but not. I am still facing the same problem. I can't get my medication. I pay every month but not getting services. It is so disgusting. And I am taking this further.

The only company that has ever frustrated me to a point that I can't take it anymore. If u fall sick on Saturday like today 12th October. They refused to give me an authorization number to see a GP. They say the office that gives authorization numbers works Mondays to fridays. That means you are not allowed to fall sick on Saturdays. One of their agent Douglas said I can just go to the doctor and only get an authorization on Monday but Dr Fotogun said there is no such a thing like that. EEB is only there to frustrate their clients. Even the chronic medication u have to pay. I am so sick of this company.

If I could give a "0" I would.... This has by far the worst experience for me. Completely disorganised with zero care for customers who pay. These guys changed a service provider who authorises chronic scripts and I only find this out when I had to collect my medication, August I collect with no hustle, September the pharmacy tells me that my script is void and EEB is not going to pay. To find out that supposedly communication was sent to member to resubmit script where it was found that my contact details were captured wrong. Currently I am out of medication (chronic) and I still can't get medication, I last took medication on Sunday (29/09/2024) these people are still giving me the run around and don't want to authorise my script the only thing I get is "the matter has been escalated" yet I am not even the one who created this mess, should anything happen it is not like they will compensate my family and yet they are the ones not providing the service I PAY FOR. No wonder their ratings are this horrible
