Hi I will not refer Estuary Villas on the South Coast in KZN to anyone. We checked out on the on the 12th of August 2019 and received the e mail below from the resort on the 23 August 2019. Brandon as a resort manager handled our booking poorly from day one and never even came to see us a the unit to speak face to face all he could do is send horrible e mails and made our stay their a nightmare. We have stayed and have time share at Sun City and Zimbali which are more prestige resorts and never had any hassles or e mails of missing items. We checked all items and all the items was accounted for. There was only a broken bowl which we had to pay for. How can you let guest know two weeks later that items as missing. Was there no one booked in there since we left? We even had to purchase our on toilet paper because the said they do not supply guest with such things. We not self catering unit I have ever stayed at rested guest to buy this.
