Since installing the ET system, I have had endless hassles....not all ET's fault but the recent response (since approx Oct 2021), has been nothing short of a nightmare. No one can asssit with a sustainable solution......from "advise" of a branch manager, a technical support member, I have replaced (at my cost) the battery, the motherboard and the receiver with no resolution. No one is prepared to come out as this is an electronic issue and removing the motors for testing will not solve the issue. Even my discussion with the Cape Town HO where I specifically mentioned that I am not looking for warranty but that I am prepared to continue paying till I get a reliable gate, all basically ran to a deadend. Unfortunately, I am having to go through a number of private people to try and get some type of reliable system. I will never recommend this product and I will be replacing it asap.
