I bought a motor, et 500, the motor came without a power supply. This made me very skeptical. I was given long stories by regal who said they couldn't take the motor back, which I wanted to return as I was not happy that is had missing parts. This has just turned into a whole nightmare. The motor does not work lime it should. I was told the motor came with remotes, which it didn't, then I get told that this specific motor does not have the remotes. All lies from regal. You have wasted my time, my petrol and my whole day. I want answers! Not one person returned my call from regal northgate. My blood is boiling as u type this.

Worst roll up motors ever. Garage doors fell off 3 times. Looses memory and limits dont stop the motor. Currently 1 motor is sitting 2 week with you. The other one again just ran the door past its limits. These were fitted 6 months ago new. Please can you come sort out your product. Motors bought by stafix

We purchased a ET300 gate motor 3 years ago and since installation we have had nothing but problem after problem. If its not the control card that has to be reset its the battery that has to be replaced. Since these gate motors run off a 24 volt battery they are expensive to replace and not easily available. Now they tell me that with the last episode I would have to replace the control card and the transformer plug and of course another new battery!!!!!!!! The cost of R2500!!!! I would not recommend this absolute ******* of a gate motor to anyone!!

These guys are on the ball! Even during their holiday period I could get service from Shermon. A company like this helps me start trusting in my fellow South African once again. They should be supported under all circumstances.

I had a great experience with there JHB (Randburg) sales rep Shaun whom went out of his way to the extreme to assist me with my Garage motor repairs and not given up until he managed to found the parts for the old ET systems which there is a great short of. It took more than 2 months but finally managed to get the parts and have the repair done. Shaun even collected and delivered the motor to me back. Now these days we do not get employees like that. Thank you Shaun and Nice Group for the excellent service. Just hope the motor will not fail.

Since installing the ET system, I have had endless hassles....not all ET's fault but the recent response (since approx Oct 2021), has been nothing short of a nightmare. No one can asssit with a sustainable solution......from "advise" of a branch manager, a technical support member, I have replaced (at my cost) the battery, the motherboard and the receiver with no resolution. No one is prepared to come out as this is an electronic issue and removing the motors for testing will not solve the issue. Even my discussion with the Cape Town HO where I specifically mentioned that I am not looking for warranty but that I am prepared to continue paying till I get a reliable gate, all basically ran to a deadend. Unfortunately, I am having to go through a number of private people to try and get some type of reliable system. I will never recommend this product and I will be replacing it asap.

Struggling with the gate motor since the beginning. Then they decided to put old technology into our new device. After a few weeks it doesn’t work again. Not reliable at all. We regret buying the motor from ET.
