Discovery health my eye. The only health that concerns them, is their bank account an to see how much frustration they can create. As long as your money goes in ID10T Adrian Gore's bank account, ****** you, patient - I've got what I want. These people should know that there is a special place for them in HELL!
Two weeks ago our Apple TV stopped working. It showed strange images and no information found on the internet could get it going. Our last resort was to take it to our closest iStore, where they informed us that it needed to be sent to ICU. Assessment fee was R250. We paid this amount, whereafter I was updated regularly on the progress. Two days ago I received e-mail that we could pick up our unit from the store we handed it in. It turned out that the old unit was on its last legs and we received a replacement unit free of charge. It is wonderful to know that there are still tech companies who care about their products and their customers.
One more comany that deserves being mentioned far and wide. Top class products delivered promptly and now also available in certain stores. These guys deserve accolades. They are certainly to be supported.
Whatever happened to good customer service, and shelves packed with the items a chemist should always have readily available. More to say, especially since it is their own brand! More than once my wife and I have visited the Riverstone Mall branch, only to find items we purchase on a monthly basis to be out of stock. With the founder of Dischem now having retired, it seems that staff throughout the country have the same idea, or maybe Dischem is going out of business. It will certainly be worthwhile to start looking for a local chemist as not only the alternative, but for a permanent monthly shopping experience. It is pointless bringing out new "rewards" when there is no stock to be rewarded for!
What a bunch of whooses!!! Clowns, Id10ts, circus performers. I've probably blocked 20 of their numbers, yet the calls keep coming through for some woman I've never heard of. If the were really clever, they would not only have my number, but also my ID and see that the number identifies with a man, not a woman. On top of that, the speak in hieroglyphics - neither my wife nor I can make out what they say. Then, when I can discern something not gibberish, they have the audacity to ask me how long I've had this number!!! It has nothing to do with them, but for the sake of interest, should anyone of them be able to read and see this, I've had the same number since 1996. Not Ripley, but believe it or not. These 'people' should be in a large dome tent, not an office building. Better yet, why not move them to the cemetery... alive!
This 'company' is definitely not worth considering for any purchase. The promised delivery time is not kept, their advertising is false, and in a case like this it is possible that the products will not actually work. I consider this more of a **** than anything else and will never support them again. Likewise I suggest they are not supported by anyone else, unless you like to throw money away. ****mers per excellence!
Having been a client of Axxess for many years, we have always found them to be extremely reliable and efficient. A contractor accidentally severd our fibre line from Openserve, through Axxess as our ISP. I reported it to Aphiwe who made immediate work of it, and within the hour we were back up and running. I dare any other ISP out there to compare with the prompt service we have received from Axxess over the many years as our host. Well done. Next time I vote, I'll pick Aphiwe for president.
We had a problem where our Openserve fibre line was accidentally severed by a contractor on our premises. I reported it to our ISP, Axxess, who logged the fault. The Openserve guys came in very promptly and restored the line in no time. Within an hour of reporting, everything was up and running again. This is brilliant service, the type we were used to before South Africa became the ******* ****hole it is today. Thanks, Openserve, uyou deserve the accolades.
Ordered via the website and paid close to R 1 000. Excuses of 10 to 15 working days delivery, which have long passed. I would advise not to even let the name of this ****bag company croos your lips. DO NOT SUPPORT - you WILL lose your money.
This is a young and upcoming company, selling good wines at decent prices. They also have a very good attitude when addressing any faulty products. We found some products with serious packaging problems, alerted them about it and were very surprised by the way they handled the situation. This is a company that needs to be supported, as there are very few of them left in this once wonderful country.
