ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!
Since they bought our Complex, there are issues everyday. No numbers to call when there is an emergency. Lifts don't work, therefore can't buy groceries, can't have guests over as they have to climb stairs (building has 11 floors).
They make empty promises and the place is deteriorating eventhough they are busy with "upgrades". Place is dirty and workers is unpleasant and always have excuses.
I will not recommend moving into Cape Coral unless you want to climb stairs almost everyday and be embarrassed by how dirty the corridors and stairs are and have your guests climb stairs and struggle with basic life things like buying groceries and carrying heavy thing.
And for how much you are paying and with all the rules and regulations, definitely NOT worth it.
They are just exploiting us and have no regard for their tenants.

Further to our previous conversation, I would like to clarify once again that Etchells & Young does not own this building. We are mandated by the new owners solely to rent and manage the units. The concerns you have raised relate to the building’s renovation process, which is entirely outside of our authority and decision-making. In addition, any continued publication of incorrect or misleading statements about Etchells & Young will be taken seriously. Should these false accusations persist, we will have no choice but to refer the matter to our attorneys, as such statements are defamatory.
