TRAVEL AGENT SCAM

I am soo disappointed with the service from Ethnic bunch, the Agency is a scam, they canceled our trip the very same day of the trip, we have never been so stranded trying to call this guy and confirm if everything was booked, he never answers his phone, he doesn't even reply to his whatsapp messages or email, he said he booked us and everything was okay only to get there at Albany hotel durban to find that they know nothing about the agency, he uses attraction sites like Ushaka marine, Moses Mabhida and Albany hotel to scam people and he is soo unprofessional, he has put our lives at risk,and our trip was a miserable one he left us roaming in the streets of durban with no accommodation in the early hours of Friday the 20/08/21... The only thing he can do now is to refund us that is if he even exists
