I am writing this review for the second time am very frustrated by Lewis stores debiting my account even after I had told them I no longer wish to pay for the person who has this account with them since we have separated and also have a protection order against, I don't even know where the items am paying for are at and this has been going on for months I keep getting calls from lewis whenever I answer the line gets dropped and when I call I am being told to call later as no one is available to assist ,your service is terrible My name is Elizabeth Ndaba contact number 0834736703
I am getting very ****ed with the service I am getting from Lewis stores My name is Elizabeth I don't have an account with Lewis I had asked them to stop debiting from my account since the person who made an agreement to pay the account was no longer funding my account, I have tried to get Lewis to return the funds but to no success, I want Lewis to stop debiting my account and refund me as the owner of the account no longer wants to pay for his account, I even made a protection order against the account holder so I am not responsible for this debt I need this resolved my contact number is 0834736703
Hi my name is Elizabeth Ndaba am so furious with clientele ****** I was quoted for a policy at eyethu mall orange farm, the consultant took my phone to check if there were any message I have received only to find that they are approving a debicheck mandate, now I have a policy which I did not agree to the amount as am a pensioner and could not afford that amount even on the sales call I had with the consultant I did mention I cannot afford that amount and they should not debit my account, I have been trying to call for my refund but clientele is not responding and they are giving me a run around My contact is 0834736703 I want that policy canceled with immediate effect and I want my money
I am very furious with the service I am getting from MTN ,I have been countlessly sending proof of payment in order to have access to my sim card and claim insurance for my ****** phone ,however no one seems to be assisting I have been sending proof of payments to Lwandile Lushaba,Kim Damon,Mapaseka Mokoena ,Cedisile shabalala,sihle Daimani,Asanda Moyana,Thabang Dondolo but none of them seem to be compatible enough to assist, I am spending a lot of money trying to have this resolved, this is disappointing and I need my phone
The capitec bank in Diepkloof square has horrible systems ,really capitev is failing us ,the ATM is always out if service and there's so many people using Capitev ATM ,with only one machine working this is very annoying am leaving this bank
The service I got from pepcell Diepkloof square was excellent the lady was so friendly and very helpful,
I am really dissapointed with the service from vodacom ,my account incurred arrears and I had paid it on time ,I have sent several emails with proof of payment ,but still this was not resolved ,the service is very poor and this account negativly affects my credit score
I am furious the service is bad I have deposited the account since Monday the 26th September, but still the funds are not reflecting,sent over 10 proof of payments but am getting no response
am soo annoyed with the service am getting from vodacom ,i have changed my method of payment because the debit late ,I've decided to use direct payment which i did the payment via the App and now my line was disconnected because the payment was not reflecting was asked to send the pop which I did send the pop so many times that when i call they advised they did not receive it and the accounts department keeps dropping the line when i try to call them directly or when am being transferred ,it is frustrating because i use my phone to get money to pay the contract ,the service am receiving is horrible i cannot wait to pay it off and move to another service provider
