Etsy *****sters

Made a purchase 5 months ago, received a message 2 months ago that they cannot supply and will refund the money in 7 days, its more than two months now and no refund received, no messages responded to, cannot get hold of the seller and Etsy say that we must get hold of the seller. It's clear that the seller is a **** and Etsy is allowing such **** sellers to do *****ulent sales.
