Shop Paused by Etsy with no resolution
I launched my Etsy shop on 18 April. It was paused within hours. It was then opened on 20 April. I created my listings. It was paused within hours — again! Since then I have: ✦ Verified my identity — got the congratulations notice to prove it ✦ Raised a support ticket on 22 April ✦ Sent 5 detailed responses with screenshots, documents and evidence ✦ Offered to be called on my personal number — twice ✦ Provided my government-issued personal ID ✦ Provided my government-issued business registration certificate ✦ Read every help article — which sent me in circles so dizzying I needed to lie down ✦ Posted on Reddit — where the general sentiment was "oh yeah, that happens" ✦ Sent three forms of poetry including a limerick, a haiku and a rhyming couplet with my phone number embedded in it I have received four identical generic responses and been charged for services I have not been able to access.

Made a purchase 5 months ago, received a message 2 months ago that they cannot supply and will refund the money in 7 days, its more than two months now and no refund received, no messages responded to, cannot get hold of the seller and Etsy say that we must get hold of the seller. It's clear that the seller is a **** and Etsy is allowing such **** sellers to do *****ulent sales.

Made a purchase 5 months ago, received a message 2 months ago that they cannot supply and will refund the money in 7 days, its more than two months now and no refund received, no messages responded to, cannot get hold of the seller and Etsy say that we must get hold of the seller. It's clear that the seller is a **** and Etsy is allowing such **** sellers to do *****ulent sales.

Etsy fast tracking is not fast at all
On October 12, I placed and order and chose fast delivery, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my product. When I complained I was told that the selection is not fast delivery. It is extremely frustrating to order something and have to wait for over 2 weeks when I was told it was fast tracking.

Etsy fast tracking is not fast at all

It is extremely frustrating to order something and have to wait for over 2 weeks when I was told it was fast tracking.

Worse online service ever
Bad service overall. Bought pictures which only require downloading. Payment went through and I received the invoice but never received the link where I must download the picture. Money wasted.

Etsy worst online business!!!
The worst online business - ****mers!!! I’m sure they write their own reviews. This is my 2nd order on Etsy - Miela Jewelry and Ida Jewelry. Pay them, get a tracking number and before you know it, your parcel has been sent back to central warehouse due to no receiver details on waybill ??? Is that even possible that you can send a parcel without completing the sender and receiver details? And Miela Jewelry said she refunded me the money, but on my side it shows / uncleared!!!

Offensive and very bad taste
Selling disgusting Alcatraz alligator items. No self respecting business should be selling merchandise such as this It’s totally offensive and very bad taste. I appeal to everyone to cancel your subscription and not support this
