Bad service overall. Bought pictures which only require downloading. Payment went through and I received the invoice but never received the link where I must download the picture. Money wasted.
2 Months ago I received a call and the operator explained to me that for R20 more they can give me 80G data on top of what I currently received at that stage which was 5G data and 130 anytime minutes. According to the salesperson everything else will stay the same. I agreed and the package was amended. Now I discovered that I no longer qualify for the 130 anytime minutes as this is not part of the package I'm on and if I would like to change my package I'll have to pay R632.00. Ridiculous. I can't cancel my contract neither can I change it.
After I bought an item from a store it was assigned to Dawn wing to deliver it. My adress is only 94km from the store I bought the item from. It was picked up by Dawn wing on Monday the 14 March at the store. Today is 18 March and I still did not received my parcel. When I track it on the system it show that the parcel is in Rustenburg. I phoned the branch in Rustenburg and they said it is not with them. Now I found out that it is still in Johannesburg since the 15th March. Explain this to me.
